Capital Fringe Festival Review
Brought in D.C. in 2005, Capital Fringe Festival sends every little theater in town into a frenzy every July. With tickets around $17, local performers display the strange, political, interesting, surreal, and avant-garde to electic crowds at all times of the day in venues throughout the city. Just beware, not all of the theaters have air-conditioning and Washington can be torrid in mid-summer.
