Exotic romance abounds at this palatial retreat inspired by the Europe-to-Asia journey of explorer Marco Polo. The menu matches Polo's route along the Silk Road and takes on multiple ethnic personalities: nowhere else in the capital can you find a pupu platter of Korean spare ribs, Japanese tempura vegetables, and Indian tandoori chicken alongside Afghan lamb skewers and Vietnamese duck breast. If you'd like to take your dining adventure even further, try the chef's tasting menu and take your seat inside a giant birdcage at the center of the dining room where chic couples head for special nights.
