Fodor's Review:

In the heart of Arlington's "Little Saigon," you can find low-priced Vietnamese fare in far-from-fancy but clean and pleasant Café Dalat, where service is extremely speedy. The sugarcane shrimp is excellent, and da ram gung is a sinus-clearing dish of simmered chicken and ginger. All the appetizers are winners, in particular the crispy spring rolls and the tangy Vietnamese shrimp salad in lemon vinaigrette.
