Bistro Français

Bistro Français Review

Washington's chefs head to Bistro Français for minute steak, sirloin with black-pepper or red-wine sauce, and rotisserie chicken. Daily specials may include suprême of salmon with broccoli mousse and beurre blanc. In the less formal café, sandwiches and omelets are available in addition to entrées. The Bistro also has fixed-price lunches ($19.95) and early and late-night dinner specials ($24.95) that include a glass of wine and appetizer, as well as a champagne brunch on weekends. It stays open until 3 am on weekdays and 4 am on weekends.
