Fodor's Review:

Washington's chefs head to Bistro Français for minute steak, sirloin with black pepper or red wine sauce, and rotisserie chicken. Daily specials may include suprême of salmon with broccoli mousse and beurre blanc. In the less formal café, sandwiches and omelets are available in addition to entrées. The Bistro also has fixed-price lunches ($14.95), early and late-night dinner specials ($19.95), and brunch on weekends ($21.95). It stays open until 3 AM on weekdays and 4 AM on weekends.
