Shades of mauve and green, black art deco accents, and potted palms decorate this Vietnamese restaurant, where attention is lavished on the food and its presentation. Begin with crisp egg rolls or chilled spring rolls, then proceed to exquisite salads of shredded green papaya topped with shrimp or beef. Daily specials include imaginative preparations of the freshest seafood. In addition, "caramel"-cooked and grilled meats are standouts. Prices are moderate, especially for lunch, but you may have to order several dishes to have your fill.
