Bistro Bis

Bistro Bis Review

A zinc bar, spacious brown-leather booths, and a glass-front display kitchen create great expectations at Bistro Bis, the second restaurant from Jeffrey Buben, owner of the much-acclaimed Vidalia. The seasonal menu seamlessly merges Modern American standards with French bistro classics. For a first course, be sure to try the steak tartare. Main-course hits on the menu, which changes frequently to reflect market and seasonal choices, include duck confit and grilled salmon with trumpet mushrooms, and lamb shank with polenta and flageolet beans.
