This cozy bed-and-breakfast spreads through three residential town houses near Adams Morgan, the zoo, and Dupont Circle. The Victorian-style rooms are small but comfortable. Many share baths, but those that do also have a sink in the room. A communal kitchen and limited garage parking are available. A two-night stay is required on weekends, but the hotel is flexible on that rule in the off-season. Discounts are given when you book more than a weeklong stay.
