Fodor's Review:

One of Washington's oldest continuously operating hotels, the Harrington doesn't offer many frills, but it does have low prices and a location right in the center of everything. It's very popular with springtime high school bus tours and with families who like the two-bedroom, two-bathroom deluxe suites.
