Jefferson Hotel

Fodor's Review:

Federal-style elegance abounds at this distinctive downtown hotel. American antiques and original art fill each room. A near one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio ensures outstanding service, and employees greet you by name. The Jefferson Restaurant, which serves American cuisine, is a favorite of high-ranking politicos and displays original documents signed by Thomas Jefferson.
