Grand Hyatt Washington

Fodor's Review:

In this fanciful high-rise hotel's atrium, a player piano sits on a small island surrounded by a waterfall-fed blue lagoon. You can enter Metro Center, the hub of D.C.'s subway system, directly from the lobby. The hotel houses one of the city's more popular martini bars, the Butler's Lounge. Guest rooms have been upgraded with pillow-top mattresses, thick down comforters, and plush pillows on the beds, and marble baths that offer Portico spa products. Weekend brunch at this giant hotel is very popular.
