Fodor's Review:

A rich selection of specialty martinis and oversize tapas gives this popular "Barracks Row" lounge its name. Although the brash music might be divisive, the generous happy hour specials aren't; for example, every Thursday after 10 PM, free liquor is provided by rotating brands until the donated bottles run out.
