The overwhelming popularity of their stall at neighboring Eastern Market encouraged these entrepreneurs to become a permanent neighborhood fixture. At the hot sauce tasting bar, you can sample all products in the store -- 300 hot sauces, spices, condiments, and marinades -- including the namesake, award-winning Uncle Brutha's Hot Sauce.
