Westend Bistro Review

Eric Ripert, the chef of New York City's award-winning restaurant Le Bernardin, quietly removed his name from this upscale boite in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel a few years ago, but new chef Devin Bozkaya is working hard to keep wowing the swells of Foggy Bottom. Portions of swanky comfort food, such as macaroni-and-cheese and fish burgers with saffron aioli, have grown larger since the handover, but be warned that the handmade cocktails are now a skyscraping $15.
