Sophisticated American fare is served in this slick gallerylike dining room of pale wood and frosted glass at the Madison Hotel. On the changing menu, appetizer highlights have included asparagus salad with a quail egg on brioche and foie gras served in a funnel cake with pink peppercorn apple slaw and Riesling syrup. Skin-on Atlantic salmon and grilled Colorado lamb chops are worthy examples in the main course lineup.

Dined here and very much enjoyed the food at this restaurant. the cotton candy after the meal was a nice touch. the room is very attractive and the only complaint that i had was an extremely loud and obnoxious table of people who made the atmosphere unpleasant and made it difficult for our group to carry on a conversation. while i understand that a restaurant doesn't necessarily have control over it's patrons, it seems that someone on the staff could have said something to this group and perhaps asked them to move to the bar area.
