Ashby Inn

Ashby Inn Review

If there's a recipe for a perfect country inn, Jackie and Charles Leopold have it. Head an hour west from D.C., and your reward is extraordinary comfort food. Dishes are made with the freshest local ingredients and presented in an intimate setting. The roasted chicken with maple glaze and polenta, the first item the Ashby ever offered, remains sublime. Sunday brunch is from noon to 2:30.
