Despite feeling like someone's lounged-out basement, Helix caters to a mixed, completely non-Hill crowd—an oddity in D.C. Locals, who sit on couches and overstuffed ottomans, sip specialty cocktails and chat among themselves. Most are well dressed, but it's definitely not a scene.
