Madam's Organ

Fodor's Review:

Neon lights behind the bar, walls covered in kitsch, and works from local artists add to the gritty, bayou feel that infuses Madam's Organ. Its three levels play host to an eclectic clientele that shoots pool, listens to live music performed every night on the lower level, and soaks up rays on the roof deck. There are some who dislike Madam's Organ for its popularity, but, for most, it's a place that's hard not to like. Rolling Rock is half-price for red heads.
