Chi-Cha Lounge

Fodor's Review:

Insular groups of young professionals relax on sofas and armchairs in this hip hangout while Latin jazz plays in the background and old movies run silently behind the bar. This lounge gets packed on weekends, so come early to get a coveted sofa along the back wall. Down the tasty tapas as you enjoy the namesake drink—think sangria with a bigger kick. For a price, you can smoke a hookah filled with imported honey-cured tobacco.
