This acclaimed troupe, known as one of the world's three great Shakespearean companies, crafts fantastically staged and acted performances of works by Shakespeare and his contemporaries. For two weeks in late spring they perform Shakespeare for free at Carter Barron Amphitheatre. At this writing, the troupe plans to expand into a new, state-of-the-art performance space by the end of 2007.
