Named for an 18th-century Venetian playwright, this restaurant with a colorful interior is a showcase for chef Fabrizio Aielli's modern-meets-traditional Italian cooking. For a first course, try an unusual pasta dish, such as chocolate pappardelle with a royal boar ragù. At the center of the menu is a selection of fresh fish, which may be grilled, roasted, or cooked in parchment paper Venetian-style. There's also a wide selection of vegetarian entrées. Listen to live
jazz here on Tuesday and Thursday.
