Keeler Tavern Museum

Fodor's Review:

A British cannonball is lodged in a corner of this 1713 former inn, tavern, and stagecoach stop that was also the home of the noted architect Cass Gilbert (1859-1934). Period furniture and Revolutionary War memorabilia fill the museum, where guides dressed in Colonial costumes conduct tours. The circa-1910 Charleston garden was designed by Gilbert and contains a reflecting pool.
