Ibiza

Ibiza Review

Owner Ignacio Blanco and chef Luis Bollo are the names in Spanish cuisine in the state. Tall ceilings, multipaned windows, exposed brick, and vibrant murals create a backdrop for such extraordinary dishes as Catalan noodle paella with codfish, salmon, shrimp, bay scallops, and cockles, and raviolis stuffed with braised oxtail and wild mushrooms, with sweet potatoe puree and scallion vinaigrette. A tasting menu is available Monday-Saturday.
