Fodor's Review

This all-American luncheonette on the National Register of Historic Places claims to be the birthplace of the hamburger. Its first-rate burgers are cooked in an old-fashioned upright broiler and served with either a slice of tomato or cheese on two pieces of toast. As most customers, who come from far and wide for these tasty morsels, agree: it doesn't get much better than that. The place is open until 2 am, Thursday–Saturday.
