Hartford and the Connecticut River Valley Sights

Noah Webster House Review

This 18th-century farmhouse is the birthplace of the famed author (1758–1843) of the American Dictionary. Inside is Webster memorabilia and period furnishings; outside there is a garden planted with herbs, vegetables, and flowers that would have been available to the Websters when they lived here.
