Peppercorn's Grill

Fodor's Review:

This mainstay of Hartford's restaurant scene presents contemporary Italian cuisine in both a lively (colorful murals adorn the walls) and formal (tables are topped with white linen) setting. Look for house-made potato gnocchi, ravioli, and top-quality steaks, but save room for the warm chocolate bread pudding and the Valrohna chocolate cake.
