The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain Review

This rambling, contemporary resort isn't actually located in Beaver Creek but in the nearby town of Avon, just off the I–70 corridor, so getting up to the ski village requires a free shuttle trip (in winter you can also reach the slopes via a 15-minute ride on the Riverfront Express Gondola). But what this LEED-certified resort lacks in ski-village charm, it makes up for with big, airy rooms, the stunningly serene 27,000-square-foot Spa Anjali and Athletic Club, and an outdoor heated lap pool. Celeb chef Richard Sandoval helms the excellent modern Mexican–inspired restaurant, Maya.
