Atwater on Gore Creek Review
This tavern in the Vail Cascade Resort has beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood furniture, cream-color walls, and a nice gas fireplace. The Atwater stakes its repuation on organic and farm-fresh foods, and has a number of small tapas-style plates for lighter meals. Try the Moroccan lamb meatballs with house-made BBQ sauce for a starter followed by mushroom-encrusted white meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. Save room for a vanilla-bean crème brûlée.
