Minturn Saloon Review
After a day on the slopes, reward yourself with margaritas made with real lime juice and baskets of tortilla chips served with homemade salsa. No wonder the place is always packed with locals. In a dining room that calls to mind the Old West, you can feast on such specialties as chiles rellenos (stuffed peppers) and a steak-and-quail plate. There's even a children's menu.
