A ski-in ski-out restaurant right at the base of Centennial Lift, the Beaver Creek Chophouse is a favorite people-watching après-ski hangout. The food is hearty—the 16-ounce bone-in rib eye is the most popular plate followed by a decadent spin on comfort food: lobster mac-and-cheese. When the snow is blowing try some of the hot specialty drinks like a hot-buttered rum or a Butterfinger (with hot cocoa and Godiva and butterscoth liqueurs). You can also select from more than 150 wines and nearly a dozen beers on tap. You didn't hear it here, but show up at 3:30 for the free afternoon champagne toasts during ski season.
