In the Camel's Garden Hotel, this place serves messy, mouthwatering ribs and Carolina-style pulled-pork sandwiches. You'll find the famous sides—fried okra, red beans and rice, and sweet potato fries—and artery-clogging desserts, plus the Southern-style beverages. There are a dozen or so beers (including Schlitz), 30 bourbons, and homemade sweet tea. Some lighter options have joined the menu, which is good news to anyone concerned with cholesterol. There's outdoor seating, with a huge patio that's hopping every afternoon throughout the year.
