New Sheridan Chop House Review
New meets old at the Chop House, arguably the best steak house in town. Here you can choose your meat (sirloin, filet mignon, and succulent bison ribeye are among the choices), then your topping (think caramelized onions, blue cheese, or glazed wild mushrooms), then your sauce (anything from bearnaise to chimichurri). Other options include elk loin and pork chops. The extensive wine list includes many by the glass. Mirrors aged with gold patina, dark wood, and oil lamps complement the red-leather booths and brightly colored murals.
