Elk Mountain Lodge Review

Step into the lobby of the Elk Mountain Lodge and encounter a slower pace of life and unsurpassed attention to detail. Built in 1919 as a boardinghouse for miners, this historic hotel has been painstakingly renovated. The rooms are full of light, and the full-service bar is a deep, rich walnut. There's a library and a baby grand piano on which jazz is played every Friday night. An enhanced continental breakfast is served in a cheerfully trimmed breakfast nook.
