Fodor's Review:

Hosts Phil and Lucie Mims (and their little Scottish terrier) make you feel right at home in their modern space, which offers a terrific view of the surrounding San Juan Mountains from its observatory. Ten of the twelve suites have private baths, and all but one have interior and exterior entrances, so you can walk through the house or not. Some rooms offer fireplaces and jetted tubs, and all feature a bottle of wine, chocolates, and robes upon arrival. Breakfast includes fresh-baked pastries made by Lucie and served in a sunny, cheerful room that looks out onto the mountains. Pro: very welcoming hosts, setup means you don't have to see other guests if you don't want to, generous amenities. Con: not a typical antiques-filled B&B.
