Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan Review

The trendy Cosmopolitan recently updated both its menu and its look, bringing in a sushi chef (stop in for half-price rolls from 5–6) and spilling its seats into the lobby of the Hotel Columbia and outside onto a patio. Fresh seafood is flown in regularly, which is obvious in dishes such as the seafood-loaded fish stew and the lobster roll. "Turf" options include ultra-tender Colorado rack of lamb and crispy pork belly. An exhaustive wine list means there's a proper pairing no matter which dish you choose. Finish with the New Orleans–style beignets with a cappuccino for dessert, cheekily listed as "coffee and donuts" on the menu.
