Ute Mountain Tribal Park

Ute Mountain Tribal Park Review

The only way to see this spectacular 125,000-acre park, located inside the Ute reservation, is by taking a guided tour. Expert tribal guides lead strenuous day-long hikes into this dazzling repository of Ancestral Puebloan ruins, including beautifully preserved cliff dwellings, pictographs, and petroglyphs. There are also less-demanding half-day tours, as well as private and custom tour options. Tours start at the park's visitor center, off Highway 160.
