A herd of curious llamas greets visitors to the quaint but modern cedar house and guest cottage and its four neatly furnished rooms, each with its own theme, overlooking 100-mi views of the Grand Valley. The innkeepers, Ray and Gail Record, are more than happy to share their encyclopedic knowledge of llamas; after guests enjoy their breakfast in the breakfast room or on their own private deck, they are welcome to help feed hay to the herd. Pros: breakfast on your private deck is a nice option, close proximity to national forest, who doesn't love a llama? Cons: dated decor, maybe everyone doesn't love a llama.
