Ouray Brewery Review
This brewpub boasts the town's only rooftop deck, and it has great views of the surrounding canyon as well as the goings-on below on Main Street. There are actually three levels; the first features a small bar with swings in place of stools. The beers—four standards plus a few seasonal offerings—cover the gamut, from so-red-it's-almost-black Katie's Stout to blonde San Juan IPA. A local favorite is the Camp Bird Blonde, a German-style ale. There's typical pub fare for lunch and dinner in the summer and a more eclectic menu, including steaks, fish, and homemade soups, in winter.
