Fodor's Review

Housed in a beautifully restored Victorian, this elegant bistro entices you to linger with its cozy ambiance and scrumptuous meals. Sunday brunch in summer only draws locals and visitors alike with a fabulous menu that includes several varieties of frittatas, French toast, and homemade sausage. The dinner menu changes frequently but always includes dishes made with locally sourced fish (like Rocky Mountain trout or Colorado striped bass) and meat (elk, lamb, and bison);

plus, there's a hearty vegetarian menu. Stop in on a Wednesday for Mussels & Martinis night.

Bad server or bad night? We'll never know...

Our party of 9 arrived early, And our waiter was rather surly. He sneered at requests for "well done" Which for us wasn't very fun. Drink refills required 2 or 3 requests; Service there was not the best. Our coats were on before we were billed; The service slowed down as the place filled. The 18% tip was not earned, We left there feeling rather burned.

Good food; Bad service

With all of the excellent places to dine in Telluride, this is not worth a night. The food was very good, not superior, and the service was unprofessional and slow, even for a mountain town. While the menu is interesting, they were out of 2 entrees and 1 appetizer (they try to keep things fresh) at only 7pm! I bet the people who came at 9pm had 1 choice--whatever was left. I'd go to Allred's or Cosmopolitan before here.
