It might be in the basement, but it's the most elegant restaurant in town. Head down the stairs of the historic St. Elmo Hotel and you're standing in Bon Ton, which with its stone walls and hardwood floor give it a European feel, and the Mediterranean-inspired dishes add to the flavorful scene. In addition to salads and pastas, specialties include beef Wellington, pork tenderloin piccata, Tuscan garlic chicken, roast duckling, and eggplant Parmesan. Be sure to check out the extensive wine list or one of the bar's fabulous martinis. Dinner is served nightly starting at 5:30 pm, and the restaurant has a Sunday champagne brunch from 9:30 am to 1 pm.
