Media in South Central Colorado

Newspapers & Magazines

The authoritative print source for news and information in Colorado Springs is the Colorado Springs Gazette. The Pueblo Chieftain is south central Colorado's most prominent daily newspaper.

Television & Radio

Colorado Springs' broadcast offerings, combined with those available from Denver, make for plenty of news and entertainment on the dials. The major TV networks are KOAA (NBC), channels 5 and 30; KTSC (PBS), channel 8; KKTV (CBS), channel 11; KRDO (ABC), channel 13; and KXRM (FOX), channel 21.

On the FM dial, National Public Radio is broadcast on KRCC 91.5; KRDO 95.1 plays adult contemporary; KKCS 101.9 is home to modern country; and KSKX 105.5 plays smooth jazz.
