Innkeepers Sallie and Welling Clark realized their dream when they lovingly restored this 1902 Victorian home and transformed it into a B&B. Two rooms in the main house, two in the adjacent carriage house, and one in the Victorian next door are filled with family heirlooms and antiques. Guest rooms are cozy with fireplaces and down pillows and quilts; turn-down service and triple sheeting are some of the amenities that will make you feel well taken care of. The staff knows the region well and can be helpful to guests trying to decide what to do in Colorado Springs. A full breakfast is served in a dining room that looks like it's ready for Victorian ladies to walk in and have tea. Pro: good choice for travelers who want something a touch—but not overly—homey. Con: in a residential neighborhood, so you'll have to drive to attractions and restaurants.
