Charles Court at the Broadmoor Review
Charles Court's contemporary country-manor decor lends warmth to a fine-dining setting in this large resort. Many of the tables in the large open space have a wonderful view of Cheyenne Lake. Tabletop items such as napkin rings and centerpieces made from handblown glass add a lovely touch. The menu is American-oriented, with a Rocky Mountain flair. Try the Colorado rack of lamb, the tenderloin of buffalo, or the rainbow trout during a leisurely dinner. The wine cellar has more than 3,000 bottles.
