Casa del Sol Review
Housed in an 1890 blacksmith's shop, this stucco-clad restaurant has a quasi-tiki-hut feel inside and a nice outdoor seating area. The smothered burritos are tasty and hearty, the homemade salsa is spicy, and the service is quick and friendly. Among the most popular entrées are the Santa Fe, which has stacked corn enchiladas with meat sauce and cheddar cheese, and the Pechuga Suiza, a chicken breast rolled in a tortilla with Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream. The full-service bar specializes in tart but potent margaritas.
