Buena Vista Heritage Museum Review

Before leaving downtown, meander through the Buena Vista Heritage Museum. The falling-down miner's cabin and pretty carriage outside give a hint of what's inside. Each room is devoted to a different aspect of regional history: one to mining equipment, another to fashions, and another to household utensils. There are working models of the three railroads that serviced the area in its heyday, a schoolroom, and historical photos in the archives.
