Descending 1,000 feet, the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine Tour tours a mine that operated continuously from 1892 to 1961. The tours are wonderful, usually led by a former miner, but definitely not for the claustrophobic. Tours depart every 15 to 30 minutes.
