Inside Black Hawk's Lodge Casino, this upscale spot focuses on steaks, seafood such as honey-bourbon glazed salmon, and Colorado rack of lamb. Garlic-herb mashed potatoes, creamed corn, and rice pilaf can be ordered as sides. For something lighter, try the tenderloin salad with beef tips pan-seared in a teriyaki sauce, jasmine rice, mixed greens, and an Asian vinaigrette. The views from the all-glass enclosure on a bridge above Richmond Street are divine.
