Front Range dining draws primarily from the Denver metro area; you'll mostly find standard chains with the occasional Middle Eastern or Thai restaurant thrown in. With the region's large Hispanic population, a sure bet for tasty and fresh food is a cantina; you'll find one in almost every burg. The Front Range is best known for Coors beer (brewed in Golden). Tommyknockers in Idaho Springs has an odd but tasty special—maple beer.
