Denver Travel Guide

Visitor and Tour Information

The Visitors and Information Center, operated by VISIT Denver, the Convention and Visitors Bureau, is open weekdays 9–6, Saturday 9–5, and Sunday 11–3 June through August and 9–5 weekdays the rest of the year. It’s located downtown at the corner of 16th and California. They also have self-guided walking-tour brochures.

The Denver Microbrew Tour is a guided walking tour in LoDo that includes beer sampling at several microbreweries and a comprehensive history of local beer making as well as Denver's history. Fees are $29–$33. Denver History Tours runs guided tours of historic Denver; prices vary according to the tour.

Gray Line runs the usual expansive and exhaustive coach tours of anything and everything, from shopping in Cherry Creek to visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. Fees range from $35 to $135.
