Lime

Lime Review

Hidden at basement-level, ultracasual Lime is always happening, especially for the younger, hipper crowd whose pockets aren't deep enough for more upscale LoDo spots. The made-to-order deep-fried tortilla chips arrive at the table when you do, and the salsas are zippy and well crafted. Imbibers are treated to a half-shot in a lime shell, and the Mighty Margarita is the only way to go from there. Shrimp stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese—two of these "scorpions" can be added to any plate for $4—the tamales, and chiles rellenos are all winners, and the green-and-white bar is a fun place for late-night snacking.
