While it bills itself as a more affordable steak house, and that may technically be true, it's easy to spend just as much here as at any other top-tier steak joint. Still, it's worth it, because the hand-carved, aged Black Angus beef is of high quality, well grilled, and accompanied by stellar sides such as gooey macaroni-and-cheese and chunky mashed potatoes. The wood-lined barroom is filled with high tables and makes for a fun gathering place, especially when there's
live jazz. It's reminiscent of a 1940s club.

Sulivan's is always on point, and delicious. Their steaks are tender and melt in your mouth. They are not overly butterly like Ruth Chris. Don't forget to try their mac-n-cheese as a side, absolutely decadent. Enjoy
